PART 2: The Reading of the Will

PART 5: The Final Resolution

Uncle Martin and Vanessa’s mother were immediately escorted from the premises to face corporate fraud and embezzlement charges based on the wiretap evidence recorded by my team.

Vanessa stood frozen in the center of the room, tears of panic finally ruining her makeup. I stripped the engagement ring from her trembling finger and handed it directly to my chief of security.

“Get out of my house, Vanessa,” I said, without a trace of anger left in my voice. “You wanted a powerful man. Now watch me strip away everything you thought you were getting.”

Within an hour, the fake friends and opportunists had cleared out, leaving the grand hall quiet once again.

I turned to Clara, who was still standing by the empty wheelchair, looking at me in shock.

“You stood up for a man you thought couldn’t stand up for himself,” I said softly, offering her my hand. “That kind of loyalty is rarer than anything in this room.”

I promoted Clara to manage the entire estate staff with full executive oversight, ensuring she would never be looked down upon again. The accident didn’t just ruin my enemies—it cleared away the trash in my life, leaving only the people who truly mattered.
