• Early Enamel Demineralization: In the earliest stage—before a hole forms—minerals like fluoride, calcium, and nano-hydroxyapatite can strengthen weakened enamel and stop decay from progressing.
• Formed Cavity (Structural Hole): Once enamel breaks down and a physical hole reaches the underlying dentin, the lost tissue cannot regenerate naturally.
• Why Pastes Fail on Cavities: Applying baking soda, salt, or oils might temporarily clean the surface, but it cannot regrow lost tooth enamel or clear out infection trapped inside the tooth.
